Final Mile / White Glove Delivery

Merchants moving delivered some pieces that I ordered from RH. These two guys were outstanding! They far exceeded my expectations from start to finish. As an interior designer I experience a lot of delivery companies and unfortunately 95% of them are terrible and I have to really pay attention that they don’t damage the home or the furniture. These guys were not only polite and professional but they took EXTREME care in unpacking the pieces and re-wrapping them in furniture blankets and shrink wrap to get them into the elevator and up into the condominium. They definitely went above and beyond what most delivery people do. I highly recommend them!

RH is top notch! They call to set up the delivery they give you the 2 hour window by email a few days before and then call the night before to give the heads up on the 2 hour time frame. They called ahead when they were 20 min away. They brought the item in set it up and took away the trash. Highly recommend!

There is no better delivery service than those that deliver RH furniture. They are careful, pay attention to every turn, door, etc. so not to bump anything. They put things together well and leave everything safe in the boxes while moving it to where it will rest. You get what you pay for and these guys are the best.

The two gentlemen who delivered our dining table couldn't have been more lovely. So kind, respectful of our home, and quick to get it assembled. They were filled with warm smiles the entire time they were here. Also they arrived right on time, so we didn't have to spend our day waiting for the delivery to be made. I didn't grab their names, but these are two employees that you should be very pleased to have working with your team.

They showed up right at the beginning of my time window so I didn’t have to wait around for them. They were so friendly and respectful! Thank you for such great service!

The whole delivery experience was great! The furniture was delivered and set up quickly, professionally, and courteously! The delivery team certainly lived up to the RH standard I have come to love and appreciate!

"I used InterWest as the collection point for our desgn project. We drop shipped furtniture, fabrics and lighting fixtures to them for storage. They inspected each shipment for breakage, and in all cases of breakage we were able to return the item for a replacement. Such a valauable service! They then delivered all the items for the decorating install. Also, the accounting team was super responsive and helpful. Five stars all around!!"

Awesome customer service - the couch arrived in our living room clean and in mint condition despite it pouring rain outside, and the delivery staff were excellent and friendly.

I have had at least 10 home deliveries and over 30 orders from Restoration Hardware. The drivers are always professional and very accommodating. Everything is unpacked, packaging taken away and items placed in their perspective rooms. Restoration Hardware's quality is unsurpassed and I will use them for all my decorating needs.

Manno, Paulo and James were exceptional. Never touched a wall with our furniture! and it was heavy. Very meticulous and friendly.

The delivery arrived on time, the two man crew were very polite and curious. Our location is not an easy delivery-several flights or stairs and a walk to our actual home. Would definitely recommend them.
