Working with people here is so great. I felt at home when I came to work for this company. InterWest means a lot to me.

To me being an iWest employee ties into one of the core values, ‘Whatever It Takes’. I always had the mentality where whatever needed to be done, I would do it. If I needed to stay longer, work longer hours to help a customer, go out to their house, show them how to pack a box, take them packing materials, whatever it took to make sure the customer knew I was there to be their consultant & assist them through their relocation. It is a group effort, a team effort & showing our customers that we’re willing to do whatever it takes is to me what it means to be an InterWest employee.

One of the things I like best about this company is our willingness to work with each other & make those win-win partnerships. How every team is willing to take time out of their day to step away from a project just to come & help someone else out. We're all in it together and it shows every day at work.
