Merchants moving delivered some pieces that I ordered from RH. These two guys were outstanding! They far exceeded my expectations from start to finish. As an interior designer I experience a lot of delivery companies and unfortunately 95% of them are terrible and I have to really pay attention that they don’t damage the home or the furniture. These guys were not only polite and professional but they took EXTREME care in unpacking the pieces and re-wrapping them in furniture blankets and shrink wrap to get them into the elevator and up into the condominium. They definitely went above and beyond what most delivery people do. I highly recommend them!

InterWest handled the storage and delivery of our household goods as part of a corporate relocation package from my new job. Despite it being a miserably hot July day, Noel, Kelton, David, and Rhett each demonstrated incredible professionalism, hard work, and a great sense of humor. These guys made the stressful and exhausting process of moving into a new place easy and even fun. They were very careful with our stuff and eager to make sure everything ended up where we wanted it to. OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!! These guys were amazing--from beginning to end. We had a rather complicated move that included one move for staging the house to sell and a second round (after we sold) to store product as we moved across country and found a new house. They helped us plan, laid out expectations, communicated excellently, and did it with SUCH kindness and professionalism. InterWest made a VERY stressful move as easy as it possibly could have been! And? They came in UNDER budget!!!!!!!!!!!! They stored our stuff inside a climate-controlled facility. Can't recommend InterWest enough.

The delivery arrived on time, the two man crew were very polite and curious. Our location is not an easy delivery-several flights or stairs and a walk to our actual home. Would definitely recommend them.

There is no better delivery service than those that deliver RH furniture. They are careful, pay attention to every turn, door, etc. so not to bump anything. They put things together well and leave everything safe in the boxes while moving it to where it will rest. You get what you pay for and these guys are the best.

I have had at least 10 home deliveries and over 30 orders from Restoration Hardware. The drivers are always professional and very accommodating. Everything is unpacked, packaging taken away and items placed in their perspective rooms. Restoration Hardware's quality is unsurpassed and I will use them for all my decorating needs.

Awesome customer service - the couch arrived in our living room clean and in mint condition despite it pouring rain outside, and the delivery staff were excellent and friendly.

The two gentlemen who delivered our dining table couldn't have been more lovely. So kind, respectful of our home, and quick to get it assembled. They were filled with warm smiles the entire time they were here. Also they arrived right on time, so we didn't have to spend our day waiting for the delivery to be made. I didn't grab their names, but these are two employees that you should be very pleased to have working with your team.

The whole delivery experience was great! The furniture was delivered and set up quickly, professionally, and courteously! The delivery team certainly lived up to the RH standard I have come to love and appreciate!

RH is top notch! They call to set up the delivery they give you the 2 hour window by email a few days before and then call the night before to give the heads up on the 2 hour time frame. They called ahead when they were 20 min away. They brought the item in set it up and took away the trash. Highly recommend!

Manno, Paulo and James were exceptional. Never touched a wall with our furniture! and it was heavy. Very meticulous and friendly.

Just a note to let you know how much the LEST/ VPP office appreciate your staff, in particular Garrett Fellows, in preparing for today's "Winter Safety Pause." The InterWest team was extremely flexible in their service offering to us, allowing us to tailor what we needed from them to make the client happy. Due to the unusual situation, they took the initiative to visit the warehouse on their own, study and inspect the furniture pieces prior to delivery and really become familiar with the scope of work. Before I even arrived on site, as this was an out-of-town job for me, the InterWest team had already known where and how every piece of furniture would need to go and how to put it together. They were extremely prepared for the installation and made my job much easier. They secured and protected the route from which they entered, inspected each piece thoroughly before unpacking, and took extreme care and time in putting each piece together. I felt exceptionally comfortable with the entire team from the moment I met them because of their friendly demeanor and instant professionalism. I trusted them completely with my client’s office full of furniture. The client was extremely happy with the end product which was a direct result of InterWest Moving & Storage. I look forward to the next out-of-town project I have in Idaho Falls or a neighboring town so that I can work with this team again.

From the moment a piece arrives at Interwest we know it is in capable hands; we get a full photographed report of its condition, as well as an updated online portal. Their online portal is extremely useful, allowing us to see what is stored in the warehouse and ultimately, allows us to generate reports when we are ready to deliver items to clients, keeping processes streamlined and painless.

 The whole experience was pleasant for us and we were very impressed with the crew that loaded all our things. They were efficient, knowledgeable and handled our things with great care and packed & protected all my furniture & antiques as if it were their own. NOBODY I'D TRUST MORE. We moved from Idaho Falls to Meridian, ID and it was not an easy move. I was already working and commuting Monday-Friday so I wasn't home much to help pack. We hired InterWest and I'm grateful we did. They barcode every single item that gets packed, scan it as it enters and scan it when it leaves. Because our house sold in Idaho Falls before we could move into our house in Meridian, they even unpacked everything and stored it at their warehouse, then repacked everything 3 weeks later, drove it to Meridian, and unpacked it all! Not a single thing was missing or broken. Their movers were courteous and made a great team. You'd can tell they have a good workplace because they were happy to be moving us. I tip my hat guys, glad you like moving 'cuz I sure don't. Can't go wrong with InterWest.

We moved from a small community in Louisiana to Idaho Falls recently. For background, we moved many times over the years when I worked for the Federal Government, including overseas. This move was on our own nickel as I have retired. From the start, Interwest estimator Ryan Brown worked with us long distance to arrange the move. He was very responsive and professional in his dealings with us, returning my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. When it came time to pick up our household goods, our driver/loader Armundo and his assistant Manuel (we packed everything ourselves) were careful in overseeing the folks loading and unloading so that we had no breakage. Most importantly, Armundo was great in customer relations in keeping us apprised of the status of our move, making suggestions and overseeing the loading and unloading. Ryan worked with us on the unloading end when our house closing was delayed a day to insure that we were minimally affected.I mentioned at the beginning of our many moves as this was the least stressful and damage free of any. Kudos to Ryan, his assistant Tabitha, Armundo, Manuel and all the supporting staff of Interwest.

I contacted Interwest to help me with my move here in Idaho Falls and had a fabulous experience with them. Richard and Boke (spelling?) were very professional and accommodating to our needs despite carrying lots of heavy furniture up and down stairs.

Just used this company to move from Missoula. Would highly recommend!!!I was very worried about a few pieces of heirloom furniture so I made sure I was present for the majority of the initial move. The guys that where there knew exactly what they where doing and I left early with confidence. Moving is a pain, I would highly recommend these guys. Save yourself the hassle and hire people that do it regularly.These guys definitely know what they are doing and are so easy to work with.

We are absolutely satisfied by the service of InterWest Moving. We moved from Bozeman, MT to Tucson, AZ--a long trip from one border to another border. We were pleased from the beginning of our experience with InterWest when Dan provided a bid for the move to the very last experience when InterWest moved our belongings into a new place. Every person in the moving process was friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and even neighborly. Even the men who packed the truck were careful and acted like neighbors who knew us. As well, the bottomline for some families may simply be the financial side. We found that InterWest provided a great service for an excellent cost. That's the reason we were appreciative and pleased with the whole experience.

Interwest Moving & Storage - Atlas Van Lines recently moved us from Wyoming to Florida - 2300 miles. Everything from our initial contact through delivery and follow-up was nothing but the best. Our agent,Ryan Brown, was prompt, attentive and reassuring in addressing our concerns and time constrained requirements. Our assigned shipment driver, Victor Carll, was the amazing! He arrived early on pack up/load day, protected our pristine wood floors with 3 layers: furniture pads topped with cardboard topped with runners! He directed the entire operation while loading the cargo working non-stop. 5 days later he arrived with our shipment arrived in Florida. We did not have a scratch, dent, damage or breakage. Although we have a couple of boxes to unpack, we're confident our streak will remain intact. Ryan, our agent, kept us updated on the delivery date, and called the day of our delivery to check in. He followed up a few days later to see if there were any issues. We are exceptionally pleased! Keep up the good work Interwest team!!

We were very pleased with the excellent customer service that we received from InterWest Atlas Moving & Storage! The Belgrade, MT and Idaho Falls, ID offices combined their efforts to pack and move us from Butte, MT to Sparks, NV. Dan Clark did a thorough job on the initial inventory and bid and answered all of our questions in a courteous and professional manner! He stayed in touch with us throughout the move and his expertise and years of experience in the industry proved invaluable to us! EJ Mounds from the Belgrade, MT office was the lead person involved with packing and loading our belongings and he and his crew did a tremendous job of packing to insure that our "stuff" all made the trip successfully! The labeling was precise and accurate! Frank Kawalski from the Idaho Falls office handled the driving duties so that we could unload at our new home in Sparks, NV on Saturday, July 30th! Frank did a fantastic job with the local crew of unloading and placing all of the items in the correct rooms/areas of the house. They set up our beds and even remounted the TV stands to our two largest TVs! They protected the floors and walls of our new home to insure that no damage was done "moving in"! Finally, Stacy and Cindy from the Belgrade, MT Office were very courteous, professional and timely in handling the payment details and e-mailing our receipt and necessary paperwork! A huge thanks to InterWest Moving & Storage. They moved a 15,000 lb. load for us and there was no damage to our goods or houses on either end.I am retired military. After eight duty stations over 21 years that included 12 moves (including six trans-Atlantic trips with all of my household goods), I'd say these guys are ranked in my top two for the way they treated my family's personal belongings. Furthermore, I have never seen anyone take as great of care of the houses themselves. They wrapped doors, door jams, and banisters with moving blankets and covered floors and stairs with mats to minimize tracked dirt or scrapes to our wood floors. It's worth noting that it was snowing very hard on the day of my delivery. The closest the movers were able to park the truck to my house was about 40 yards away. They kept everything wrapped in blankets and worked diligently to get everything to the house quickly in order to keep it all dry.For the one-star reviewers... moving is the pits. It never goes as well as you'd like. I have had things stolen, damage to antiques, and scuffs and scrapes to countless pieces of furniture. Worse, I had severe damage to a motorcycle during one of my overseas moves. Always keep in mind that these guys do this job day-in and day-out. It must get old and tiring moving heavy furniture. But the six guys that helped us remained cheerful and upbeat during the packing, loading, and unloading processes. I had a couple of pieces of bulky and heavy furniture but they moved them without complaint. Even at the end when I realized I'd mixed up a couple of mattresses between upstairs and down, they fixed my mistake without complaint.I'd specifically like to thank Caleb, Dara, Adrian, and Richard for the professional packing and loading jobs they did at the pickup location. And I'd like to thank Bryce, Drake, Adrian, and Richard for an excellent job at the end of the move. Guys, I think most anyone would be happy to have your help.Thanks InterWest!

We had a complicated partial move. Some of the items were one of a kind crystal, China, or fragile items. They did an excellent job packing each piece and all was accounted for and arrived safely. We were relocating home items in two large moving vans from Sheridan to temp-controlled storage units in Belgrade. There were only two of us available to unload so we contacted Cindi at Interwest M&S in Belgrade and inquired about helpers. She immediately dispatched two gentlemen, Jason and Keane, to assist us upon arrival. Once the unloading began it soon became a 2-man operation. Both movers were obviously experienced professionals and we therefore just decided to stay out of their way. The efficiency and manner in which the guys went about their business was amazing to watch. Our items were all long-time family heirlooms, artwork, and antiques. There care and attention to detail was a relief as they carefully stacked and arranged both of our 10' x 20' storage units. I seldom make it a point to go out of the way to contact a company after services rendered, but in this case I made it a point to do so. We are very grateful to the Interwest staff for their services. Do not even hesitate to give them a call for your moving needs.

InterWest Moving & Storage did an excellent job moving me! They moved my belongings from a storage unit to our new home. They were very efficient and skilled with packing and loading. I appreciated the way they took extra care of my fragile items and explained their processes for me. We just had our basement repainted and new carpet put in and the crew took the time to lay extra floor protection and wall covering. They did a wonderful job and I recommend them highly.

Since my son is a medical resident, and seems to move every few years, I've had quite a bit of experience with various moving companies. And to save a few bucks on his original 1,800 mile move to Idaho from Mississippi, I contracted with a moving broker, and as it turns out, it was a horrible experience. Some of my son's items were lost in transit, communication pertaining to delivery ETA's was poor, and I was told to pay in cash since the moving company did not accept credit cards.InterWest/Atlas originally secured my business for this move since all communications between me and your customer service rep (Chelsey Keim) were timely and of high quality. And communications with my second customer service rep (Tabatha Doggett), for the delivery portion of the move, were timely and of high quality as well. In addition, I heard that the two movers who delivered my son's furniture in Corinth, MS were very good/professional.I will certainly consider using InterWest/Atlas again for my son's next move in a couple of years.

OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!! These guys were amazing--from beginning to end. We had a rather complicated move that included one move for staging the house to sell and a second round (after we sold) to store product as we moved across country and found a new house. They helped us plan, laid out expectations, communicated excellently, and did it with SUCH kindness and professionalism. InterWest made a VERY stressful move as easy as it possibly could have been! And? They came in UNDER budget!!!!!!!!!!!! They stored our stuff inside a climate-controlled facility. Can't recommend InterWest enough.

This company delivered my furniture and boxes yesterday. They made an appointment and showed up right on time. The team was very professional and efficient but also fun. They set up protection for the doorway and carpet and took it down when they finished. They followed instructions well. The movers worked around my kids and dog being underfoot without any issues. I will hire them again!

The crew that InterWest sent for our local move was outstanding! I was really impressed with their care, professionalism, and diligence. This was our first time using a professional moving company and we could not be happier.

We subcontracted to iWest to install all the owner supplied FF & E for these hospitality projects. Two of these projects were not near any warehousing and working with Steve made the project flow smoothly and on time. In a hotel, there is so many kinds of items to coordinate, inventory, deliver, assemble, protect, and track missing items, etc. This is no small task, and I have had no complaints from our superintendents onsite with any of those tasks. In fact, quite the opposite, many compliments. Our ownerships have appreciated that they took care of their furniture and finished items.

Our project was a complex one, with many variables and a very dynamic environment (particularly due to the Covid-19 global pandemic). The skill of your team in all these various disciplines was nothing short of superior.

This letter is to recommend iWest for any relocation and/or warehousing needs. I have worked with iWest on three different projects: two new build hotel projects and one hotel renovation project.
These were all large jobs consisting of logistically handling furniture, decor, and appliances for all guestrooms as well as lobby and public areas of the hotel. They worked with me closely from the moment I placed my orders to establish estimated lead times and appropriate handling time lines. They coordinated the receiving and storage of all goods as well as delivery to the hotel site, unloading all goods to each individual guestroom, unboxing and hauling away of all debris. In some instances we have used them for furniture installation as well.

I cannot recommend Interwest for all of your storing and moving needs enough; they have a level of professionalism that we struggle to find competitors to rival. We have been using both the Bozeman and Idaho Falls Interwest Warehouses for 5 years, and both their in-office logistics and on-the-day services are second to none. We work in high-end residential interior design, requiring that all of our inventory be handled with the utmost care and respect.

For installation, I could not be more satisfied with the level of care and logistical ability of the InterWest team. We had many different types of goods, room configurations, and timing needs during our project. On all fronts, your team performed extremely well and served as a prominent point of confidence for me and my team throughout the development of this significant project. There can be no question we will eagerly work with you in the future!

The characteristics that I have been most impressed with in my relationship with iWest is their communication as a team and their attention to detail.  The staff worked very close with one another and as a team they always knew the status of my shipments coming in and going out. My projects are very detailed and specific in how things were delivered, floor by floor and room by room, and iWest was able to work with me on implementing the best and most organized way possible in making sure all goods were accounted for each step of the way. Their control and organization in their warehouse was truly impeccable. The organization in the warehouse was key to the success of our project together.

Most importantly is their thorough communication and willingness to go the extra mile. If something is damaged, they not only report it, they recommend solutions which is invaluable for us being situated in a completely different state. Their logistics team is always an email away. They are super responsive, knowledgeable and all with a positive mentality. Their delivery team is also extremely respectful and hard-working. Again, their whole team really can not be faulted. We have loved working with Interwest, and will do so for countless more year to come.
